0 out of 5 stars It covers vintage sleds from 1965-1986. The pictures and illustrations aren't the greatest, but hey, it's better than nothing. It has over 500 pages all together and has helped me rebuild carbs and adjust points. One thing though, they should have used a different photo on the cover. The 90's Polaris sleds on the cover aren't in the manual so in a way it could be misleading. I would've liked a photo of a vintage snowmobile show.If you are working on an old sled, this is a good source of information, in my opinion. The thing that is odd, is that there is no overall table of contents at the front. If you quickly look at it, you think that it just covers the engines and sleds in general. It is just that the information you need is scattered throughout the book. I have not seen any other manual which has all this information for so many old sled makes. See, for a long time I was pushing online repair manuals from Alldata and Mitchell1. I made some money, and in all fairness, they have a great product. The online manuals gave excellent repair information, had the exploded views and wiring diagrams that I needed to fix my car plus kept me up to date on recalls and TSB information. Alldata was bought by AutoZone and they made the decision to release most of their DIY Repair information to the public on their website AutoZone.com. The reality is that many car brands were pulling their repair information off of AutoZone and coverage was getting thin.
